Mystery boxes are made custom for each individual order to ensure a unique and personalized experience. Due to the care and attention required in curating these boxes, it can take anywhere from 15-30 business days to prepare and ship them out. This is prior to the shipping timeline stated above. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide you with the best possible selection!

Address Changes
If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, you must contact us within 24 hours at info@shopvibn.com to request a correction. We will update the address on our end if possible. After 24 hours, we’ll still do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it will be reflected, as the address may have already entered our shipping or fulfillment queue. Once the label is generated or the package is handed off, address changes are no longer possible.

for our international customers, please note that Vibn isn't responsible for any delays or charges that might arise upon delivery. if any duties or customs charges are associated with your order, your local shipping courier will contact you directly for payment. to avoid unexpected delays or charges, monitor your tracking details and stay informed about your order status.
