All mystery box orders are final sale due to the time and care that goes into curating each box. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges based on sizing or personal style preferences.
If an item arrives with significant damage beyond acceptable vintage standards, please email info@shopvibn.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and explanation — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Cancelation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@shopvibn.com.
After that time, or once an order enters the processing phase, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This includes situations where there are delays, as we begin sourcing and preparing items specifically for your order shortly after it is placed.
We move fast — once your order’s in motion, we can’t hit pause.

Since our mystery boxes contain vintage and pre-owned pieces, some minor wear, fading, or distressing is to be expected. This is part of the uniqueness of vintage clothing and does not qualify for a return.
Every mystery box is carefully packed, and we keep reference pictures of each order before shipping. However, if you believe you received an incomplete order, please email us at info@shopvibn.com with a video showing what you received, and we will look into it.
No, mystery boxes are randomly curated, meaning we cannot accommodate specific requests for styles, brands, or colours. Part of the fun of mystery boxes is the surprise element!
