Mystery boxes are final sale unless items are received faulty or completely damaged beyond reasonable vintage clothing standards. In such cases, customers have the right to return the affected item for store credit or a replacement.

Please note that all items in mystery boxes are chosen completely at random. If the pieces you receive are not your preferred style, we cannot offer a replacement or return, as the purchase is made at your own risk. We always strive to meet quality standards and ensure satisfaction.

If you're not fully satisfied with your Vibn purchase, you can return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

For orders with significant defects not mentioned in the description, or if you received the wrong item, we offer full refunds.

Please note: Any duties on returned items will be deducted from your refund. We can't cover losses during return transit. Sneakers and mystery boxes are final sales.
