If you're not fully satisfied with your Vibn purchase, you can return it for store credit within 30 days. To qualify, items must be approved via our returns portal and the Vibn swing tag should be intact.

For orders with significant defects not mentioned in the description, or if you received the wrong item, we offer full refunds. Just choose "Poor quality/Faulty" as the return reason and send us clear pictures. After verifying your return, we'll process your refund.

Please note: Any duties on returned items will be deducted from your refund. We can't cover losses during return transit. Sneakers and mystery boxes are final sales.
